If any instances of plagiarism or duplicate publication are identified, the manuscript will be rejected, and the authors will be notified. Article Processing Charges (APCs) Digital Transformation and Administration Innovation (DTAI) operates on an open-access model, which means that all articles are freely available online for readers. To cover the costs associated with the editorial and production process, we charge an Article Processing Charge (APC) of 100 USD for each accepted article. This fee helps support the journal’s operation, including peer-review management, article formatting, typesetting, and digital distribution. The APC is only invoiced once an article has been accepted for publication. Authors will be notified in advance about the APC and provided with payment instructions. Payment can be made through various secure online payment systems. Fee waivers or discounts may be available on a case-by-case basis, depending on the financial circumstances of the authors, and we encourage authors from institutions or countries with limited research funding to contact us for further information.
