Article Processing Charges (APCs) To support open-access publication and high-quality editorial services, the journal requires an Article Processing Charge (APC) of 5,000,000 Tomans for each accepted manuscript. This fee covers: Editorial review and double-blind peer-review processing. Manuscript editing, formatting, and indexing. Long-term archiving and maintenance of online content. APCs are payable only after the manuscript is accepted for publication. There are no submission fees or hidden costs associated with the review process.
